|Recommended: YesGavin, the Maintenance Man at Azure Park is an excellent provider of our requests. He answers the call, even coming in when he had a day off to stop a resident water leak. Gavin, goes above and beyond his pay grade to make sure the residents st Azure Park are well taken care of and satisfied. I'm 74, and have seen many but not many compare to this hard worker and I see great management skills.

Since day 1 of the Mgmnt. pass over maintenance reported within hours to repair all my requests that I had been waiting for over 8 months. Best response team I’ve ever had at a complex unlike the horrific shit hole circus Tony was running.
|Recommended: YesGreat Area Not so Great Interior — I've had the pleasure of occupying a unit for about 2 years now and I have to say that I love the area compared to many heavily concentrated areas it is typically fairly quiet. The only complaint I would really have is how the interior of the units are very outdated and very much held together with little to no up keep for appliances or paint doors flooring etc. Otherwise I would recommend this unit for someone living alone, it not the most spacious.
